3D STICK — Macro-Stickies Measurement System

3D STICK is Techpap’s innovative analyzer for automatic detection and classification of stickies and other macro-contaminants in recycled pulp.
It combines 3D laser triangulation and near-infrared (NIR) spectroscopy to deliver both morphological and chemical identification — giving a complete picture of contaminants in a single automated process.

Stickies & Contaminants

  • Detects and classifies macro-stickies and mini-stickies, including harmful PSA (Pressure Sensitive Adhesives).
  • Identifies contaminants such as PVA, VAE, EVA hotmelts, acrylic PSAs, PE, PET, PS, and more.
  • Delivers both morphological (3D form) and chemical data for each object.
